Sandhya’s Kitchen is a culinary business that offers cooking classes for both adults & kids.
For over 10 years, I have taught hundreds of students how to make their favorite Indian meals right in the comfort of their kitchen.
In addition, I have partnered with numerous organizations over the years, including Whole Foods, Boston Public Market, local libraries across Massachusetts & the Lifelong Learning Center in Franklin to offer numerous courses for both adults and kids.
Come and join me in my culinary journey.
Cooking has been my passion for over 25 years. While I grew up learning the basics of the traditional Indian spices from my mother, cooking in America provided me with an opportunity to teach myself how to recreate the same flavors with what was available in the grocery stores here.
Sandhya's Kitchen gave me a platform to share this enthusiasm for making Indian cooking easy & effortless. Whether it's boosting your confidence to recreate all your favorite dishes from the Indian restaurants in your own kitchen, or just supporting that initial dab into the cooking world, my aim is to make it a wonderful experience, all while learning to add healthy spices and vegetables to your everyday cooking.
As a mother, I am committed to providing a hearty and healthy, yet delicious food for my family. I realized the best way to get my children to try new things was to have them in the kitchen with me, cultivating their zeal for cooking, which not only teaches them this necessary life skill, but also channels their creative energies.
Providing a platform for kids’ classes to teach young ones has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. Whether it's their first foray into the kitchen or not, the joy on their faces as they recreate their favorite dishes with their own hands is nothing short of priceless.
